25 years of experience.

More awards than you can shake a stick at.

I used to work in a biotech lab at the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, where I did my undergrad and masters studies.

The most interesting thing we attempted to create was a banana that carried a vaccine, so that all you needed to be vaccinated was eat the fruit.

Imagine how many lives I could have saved.

Unfortunately I’m not one for such a lofty calling. I literally crossed the street from my lab to the College of Fine Arts, where I finished at the top of my class with a degree in Visual Communication, in three years instead of the usual four.

These days I like to conduct mind-control experiments online—creating engaging digital campaigns, building websites that allow for a smooth user experience, real-time news jacking on social media.

AND make people buy things they never thought they needed, like more bananas.

Art and science need not be mutually exclusive; beautiful sites can be functional, well-crafted online videos and the campaigns around them can deliver KPIs. Thanks for listening to my TED talk.


Creative Director / WPP / WUNDERMAN THOMPSON (MAY 2019 – PRESENT)

  • Creates integrated, digital, social media, and CRM campaigns, working closely with strategy, data, and media teams.

  • Crafts global pitches and rebranding projects, leading multi-country teams. 

  • Led integrated and digital projects in collaboration with other agencies.

Digitas Singapore / Regional Creative Director (Dec 2014 – APR 2019)

  • Oversaw the creative output in 7 countries in APAC, from massive web builds to the world’s tiniest banners.

  • Grew the Digitas creative team from a single art director to a full-fledged, three-division, highly diverse, multinational team handling social, digital, and on-ground campaigns with capabilities for concepting and producing content in-house and in real time.

  • Led the creative team as we won gold for Agency of the Year. Thrice.

  • Creative jury member at international award shows like Clios, Spikes, Kyoorius D&AD.

  • Featured in Where are the Boss Ladies?, a worldwide initiative to highlight female executive talent in advertising.

BBDO/PROXIMITY (JUNE 2008 – Nov 2014)

  • In 6 years rose up from Senior Art Director, to Associate Creative Director, then finally becoming Creative Director / Proximity Head of Creatives. 

  • Led integrated and digital campaigns that picked up awards at Cannes, Spikes, One Show, New York Festivals AME, Adfest, and AdStars.

  • Won first place at the LIA Creative Conversations Creative Directors’ competition (Philippines)

  • Dubiously awarded by Cosmopolitan Magazine as a Fun, Fearless Female for the work on the #itsmorefuninthephilippines campaign

TBWA\ (April 2006 – May 2008)

  • Started my advertising career as an art director right out of an internship at TBWA

  • Bagged the Philippines’ first Young Lotus metal at Adfest

  • Won several awards, including Gold at the TBWA Global + Absolut Vodka Very Short, Very Cheap Film Festival

FREELANCE (1997 – 2006)

  • Web developer & content designer

  • Technical proofreader and editor for scientific and legal journals

  • Book jacket design and typesetting

  • Graphic Designer
